Fundraising with DCPizza

We are so excited and thankful that your organization has decided to have an event with us! Having hosted a lot of fundraisers we know how to help you maximize the potential donation. Fundraisers are strictly a function of volume. The more people you tell, the more people that come in with your secret password, the more money you’ll make. It’s that simple. For every dollar spent by someone with your secret password during your day and time, your group will receive 30% of all sales! (Pre-Tax) To ensure the most beneficial results, we have formulated some guidelines for your group to follow:

1) Promote, Promote, Promote – Did we mention to promote? The best ways to get the word out include email, flyers, group meetings, phone calls (especially the day before and the day of the event), bulletins, newsletters, the group website (front pages always work), and of course…word of mouth!

2) Secret Password – This is an IMPORTANT one. On the big day, ONLY people who tell the cashier the secret word for your organization will count towards the total dollars spent/raised. Please keep in mind that the donation that DC pizza will make accounts for all of the profit on the customers you bring in. Therefore, no soliciting of other customers or signage in or near the restaurant will be permitted. Make sure your supporters are all aware of the word and the rules so you get the proper credit.

4) The big day – Call your friends, coworkers…call your family…call other members! Come one, come all! Make sure they have the secret password and a good set of directions.

5) The loot – 3-5 days after your fundraiser, we will e-mail you the total that your group brought in and then we will send you a check.
